THE SECOND CAVITY OF THE NORTHEAST EDGE
Memoir

For the second time in ten years, and due to the rules imposed on the ScanPyramids mission by the Egyptian authorities, Jean-Pierre Houdin has been kept away from this notch and the adjoining room. Since mid-September 2002, when his father received from a friend a photo of the notch visible on the pyramid's north-eastern edge, he has been convinced that one of the keys to solving the enigma of the Great Pyramid's construction is right there in front of us. Thanks to the tenacity of those in charge of the mission, the stones were nevertheless able to speak to him through the images and comments of the scientists who were able to visit it in 2017.

The discovery of a second cavity, dubbed Cavité C1, with a volume equivalent to the known cavity, dubbed C2, was the result of a test campaign carried out by the CEA on the C2 cavity area for telescope validation. Unfortunately, while several anomalies on the other edges were noted, without reaching enough data for scientific validation, the discovery of the BIG VOID put an end to any search for other cavities, as the telescopes were refocused on the BIG VOID. The discovery of this C1 cavity was overlooked by the media.

On October 25, as planned, Jean-Pierre Houdin publishes his third Memoir of over 240 pages, in French and English, on his ACADEMIA page under the title:

Khufu’s Pyramid, recent discovery of a cavity under the Northeast edge by the ScanPyramids mission

In this Memoir, Jean-Pierre Houdin demonstrates that the discovery of cavity C1 is the result of a precise architectural project linked to the presence of the rotation rooms between two sections of the internal ramp. Thanks to the discovery of galleries by Egyptologist Pierre Tallet at the port of Wadi al-Jarf, Jean-Pierre Houdin asserts that the internal ramp is indeed present beneath the pyramid's faces, but that the sections of the ramp between the rotation rooms were filled in at the end of the construction work, while the openings into the rooms were sealed in the same way as the galleries at Wadi al-Jarf, thus demonstrating the technical know-how of the Egyptians of the time.

The 3rd Memoir concludes with a summary of all contemporary discoveries.
